Do I have to add money to my account?

Not right away, but eventually you will probably have to. If your account balance is below zero dollars for more than 30 days your account will be frozen. You will not be able to chose a freelancer until there is a balance that covers the minimum commission of $3.00. If you wish to feature your project listing, you will also need the necessary funds in your accountprior to creating your featured listing.
