How do I communicate with freelancers?

You can post messages on the message boards. If you post a private message, only the user it's addressed to will be able to see it, that user will also be notified by e-mail that you posted a project for them.

DO NOT CONTACT FREELANCERS DIRECTLY by email, phone, website, or any other means, if the project originated and/or was posted on AgoraPros.com. Violations are reported to us regularly and can result in the $29.00 being deducted from your balance automatically for being considered a featured project and your account suspended and/or permanent ban from the site.
